Ontario Premier Doug Ford boasted Monday about the success of his anti-tariff advertisement featuring a quote from former US President Ronald Reagan. Ford said the ad had garnered more than “a billion impressions worldwide” and helped spark “a conversation that wasn’t happening in the US.” The ad reportedly angered Trump, who responded by announcing plans to increase tariffs on Canadian imports by an additional 10%.
