Seattle Mariners Chairman and Managing Partner John Stanton has written an open letter to the team’s fans following the 2025 season.

The letter, which initially ran as a full-page ad Sunday in The Seattle Times, was posted on the team’s social media channels Monday afternoon along with the caption, “Thank you for being the best fans in baseball.”

The Mariners finished the regular season with a 90-52 record to win their first AL West division championship in 24 years. In the playoffs, they earned a bye past the wild card round with the No. 2 seed in the American League, defeated the Detroit Tigers in five games in an AL Division Series, and went to seven games in the AL Championship Series against the Toronto Blue Jays
