A 48-year-old man allegedly returned to the same pub from which police officers came to remove him two hours after his arrest.
At about 12:15 am on Sunday morning (26 October), the man was asked by staff on multiple occasions to leave the Griffith licensed premises due to his level of intoxication.
The man refused to leave the front section of the Area Hotel.
Police attended a short time later and spoke to the man. Officers will allege the man’s speech was slurred and that he smelled of liquor. He was also very argumentative towards police.
