The following was released by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development:
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) said that Phase II of the ongoing $6.2 million project to repair US 165 at the US 167 interchange in Pineville will begin on Wednesday, October 29, at 9 a.m.
During this phase, the outside lanes of US 165 northbound and southbound will reopen to traffic, while the inside lanes in both directions will be closed to allow for reconstruction of the roadway. All work will be performed weather permitting.
In addition, all of the US 167 entrance and exit ramps at US 165 will reopen. The median crossovers will remain closed. As a reminder, the US 167 southbound ramp from US 165 northbound was reopened to traffic on Friday, Oct. 24.
