On Sunday, October 5, the Coronado Fire Services and Police Departments hosted their annual Public Safety Open House. Following the introduction of the Future Innovators STEM Fair last year, students from Coronado High School (CHS) and Coronado Middle School (CMS) once again collaborated with both departments to expand the event with showcases of student-driven clubs and programs.
The 2025 Public Safety Open House theme was “Charge into Safety,” and Coronado’s Fire Division Chief of Community Risk Reduction, Brian Standing, led the efforts to bring this year’s highly successful event together.
