Charleroi Haitian immigrant population declining, community leader says

As of now, legal protections remain in place for Haitian immigrants in the U.S., but it's unclear whether that will still be the case in the future. This uncertainty, along with the loss of jobs, is changing the population in Charleroi, which had previously been attracting immigrants. KDKA-TV's Lauren Linder reports.
