WATERLOO, Iowa — Candidates in the race for mayor of Waterloo participated in a forum hosted by the local Rotary Club.

Mayor Quentin Hart, City Councilor Dave Boesen, and businessman Matt Gardner shared their views on key issues, including housing, development, and taxes. They also discussed the future of the Crossroads Mall area and the current status of All In Groceries.

The forum provided an opportunity for three of the four mayoral candidates to present their plans to improve the city. Election Day is Tuesday, November 4.
