YOUNGSTOWN An 18-year-old Youngstown man faces another court hearing next week after being arrested on a warrant connected to an Oct. 3 incident at the Valley Christian High School football practice field, where police allege he fled from an officer in a car after threatening a group of people with a rifle.
Edward Agee was booked into the Mahoning County Jail on Friday on a felony count of Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of a Police Officer, also known as fleeing and eluding, and three misdemeanor charges, according to court and jail records.
The incident began when Youngstown police arrived at Market St. for a "Person with a Gun" report.
