BAY VILLAGE, Oh. - While most 10-year-olds are mastering multiplication tables and playground sports, Bay Middle School fifth-grader Huck Kurinsky is soaring through the air on two wheels, and winning some pretty awesome titles.

Over the weekend of October 11–12 in San Diego, California, Huck Kurinsky claimed his fourth consecutive USA BMX Freestyle National Championship, delivering an outstanding performance in the 9–10 age division.

The victory caps off a breakthrough year that started with his first BMX event and has seen the Bay Village native transition from local phenom to nationally recognized rising star.
