A tax on the sale of million-dollar homes to pay for affordable housing. It's an idea that a majority of Santa Fe residents voted for two years ago. The ordinance was meant to take effect last May, but in October 2023, two residents and the Santa Fe Association of Realtors filed a lawsuit again
