The Delhi High Court passed an injunction order restraining Ravi Mohan Studios from using, publishing, or promoting the title Bro Code in any form. The order was issued in a trademark infringement case filed by Indospirit Beverages, which owns the BroCode mark used for its alcoholic and ready-to-drink beverages.
