Tanner Buchanan shot to fame as Robby Keene on the Netflix series Cobra Kai and even though the show has ended, he’s keeping martial arts a part of his life.

The 26-year-old actor was in Atlanta this past weekend and checked out a STRONG Nation high-intensity workout class, which is martial-arts inspired.

“Just wrapped up a @wearestrongnation work out class. Easily one of the toughest and most fun workouts I’ve ever done!” Tanner wrote on his Instagram account with a video from the class.

Tanner added in a statement, “This was truly a full-body workout. It pushed me to my limits.”

Next up for Tanner is the horror film Hide and Don’t Speak . In the film, six teens play a lethal viral game from Japan where they summon a vengeful spirit for deadly hide-and-seek.
