MEDINA, Ohio – No one spoke either in favor or against a proposal to rezone two properties on West Washington Street during a public hearing on the matter Oct. 27.

The public hearing, which took place at the beginning of the Oct. 27 council meeting, was intended to gather feedback from the public regarding the proposed rezoning. Planning commission has recommended that property at 120 and 124 West Washington Street be rezoned from PF Public Facilities to C-2 Central Business. The parcels currently house two professional buildings.
