WHO-TV is adding a new member to its weather team.
On Oct. 25, Matthew Glanzmann made his WHO debut as the station’s newest meteorologist.
Glanzmann will be working as the station's weekend morning meteorologist on a part-time basis. The Elk Grove, Illinois, native is currently attending Iowa State. As part of his duties with WHO, Glanzmann will be featured on Today in Iowa Weekends.
“A top student of Iowa State University, Matthew brings both academic excellence and real-world experience from his internship (at WKRN News 2) in Nashville,” WHO News Director Rod Peterson said. “He’s a bright, young talent with a promising future in weather forecasting.”
