PHILADELPHIA — Jordan Mailata has a way with words. The Eagles offensive tackle tells it like it is, but he does so with a sense of humor that is unique to the Australian. So it should come as no surprise that Mailata perfectly explained Dallas Goedert’s career year so far.
“He’s (expletive) unreal. Unreal,” Mailata said after Goedert’s two-touchdown performance in the Eagles’ 38-20 win over the Giants on Sunday. “And we almost didn’t bring him back. Can you believe that (expletive)? How funny is that? How funny is that?”
