MORE RAIN: Rain chances increase tonight. Widespread rain will return throughout Wednesday. Some rain could be heavy at times. Temperatures will stay cool with highs only in the mid 50s. Rain chances will decrease through Thursday.

HALLOWEEN FORECAST: Temperatures will stay cooler than normal with highs around 60 degrees. Dry conditions are expected for Friday with mostly sunny skies. Trick or treating conditions will be dry but a little cool so bring a jacket or sweater before you head out the door.
