Kangaroo Souvlaki

Kangaroo kebab

500gr Kangaroo mince

100gr Lamb mince

180gr Onion brown

100gr Garlic confit

1tbsp Parsley flat leaf chopped

1tbsp Mint chopped

1tsp Cumin ground

1tsp Smoked paprika

1/2 tsp Ground coriander powder

1/2tsp Korean chilli flakes

50ml Extra virgin olive oil

Method

1 Combine all the ingredients and mix until mixture becomes sticky in texture

2 To cook place 80gr long kebab in fry pan and cook until golden brown in color

7gr Instant yeast

300ml Warm water
