UPDATE: Wynne Water Utilities has been able to get the water distribution system pump back online and tank levels remain at normal operating elevations.

WYNNE, Ark. - The city of Wynne is requesting residents to conserve water as the local water plant experiences issues with its service pumps.

Wynne Water Utilities has assured the public that there is no boil water notice in effect, as the water tank levels across the city are currently at good operating levels.

"We are asking all businesses and residents to temporarily conserve water usage as a precautionary measure until our service pumps can be brought back online," said Blake Marotti, General Manager of Wynne Water Utilities.
