WOODSTOCK, N.Y. — Town Board members were told to see the Water and Sewer Department superintendent for details about what is being changed on a Water District map they were expected to vote on.

The absence of specifics about where new district properties are located arose during two public hearings on Tuesday, Oct. 21. One of the sessions was on the adoption of map revisions, which did not show which new properties were being added to the district. Even board members who were asked to approve the document were not provided with that information.

“The new map clearly has changes to it (and) I’d like to know specifically what are those changes,” Councilman Bennet Ratcliff said. “I really would like to see the map that we’re currently using and how the map that is being proposed to be adop
