The Rashtriya Janata Dal-Congress-led Mahagathbandhan released its manifesto for the upcoming Bihar Assembly polls on Tuesday. Called the 'Bihar Ka Tejashwi Pran' (Tejashwi's resolve), the Opposition alliance has promised to put on hold the Waqf (Amendment) Bill in the state and reintroduce the Old Pension Scheme for government servants.

Releasing the manifesto, RJD leader and Mahagathbandhan's chief minister face, Tejashwi Yadav, targeted the ruling alliance and said the National Democratic Alliance is yet to decide on their CM face. Taking a dig at Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Yadav said the senior leader has been reduced to a puppet in the hands of the Bharatiya Janata Party and corrupt officials.
