WARRENVILLE, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - The Aiken County Public School District will hold a career and technology center community night on Tuesday.

The event is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 2455 Jefferson Davis Highway.

Those who attend have the opportunity to learn more about the world of Career and Technical Education (CTE) and the programs offered at the career center.

Richmond County superintendent holds conversations with families

Richmond County Superintendent Dr. Melinda Cobb held an event to speak with families in the county Saturday morning.

Students will also showcase their skills and projects, giving parents a firsthand look at what they’re learning.

There will be food trucks, door prizes, hands-on activities and local industry partners at the event.
