TAMPA, Fla. ( WWSB ) – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help with locating a missing toddler.

Deputies said 23-month-old Jaylen Johnson was last seen around 11 p.m. Monday, October 27, near the 6900 block of Silver Run Drive in Tampa.

Jaylen was wearing gray-and-white, long-sleeved dinosaur pajamas.

Detectives believe Jaylen went outside with the family dog, a red-nosed pit bull, before disappearing.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone who has seen Jaylen Johnson or has information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office at (813) 247-8200.
