The 2025 NFL trade deadline is nearing, and the New England Patriots might be approaching it differently than the last few seasons. After all, they are well on their way to returning to the playoffs after a three-year absence.
Despite their 6-2 record, however, there is no guarantee they fall into the “buyers” camp this time around. With some players underperforming relative to expectation or past showings, they very well might also be willing to part ways with some of their talent before the trading window closes on Tuesday, Nov. 4, at 4 p.m. ET.
