Desert Hills and Crimson Cliffs each won both of their games on Monday to advance to the semifinals of the 4A girls volleyball state tournament.
The tournament, which is being staged at Utah Valley University in Orem, is scheduled to wrap up on Tuesday evening.
Desert Hills, the No. 2 overall seed, will play No. 3 Green Canyon in the semifinals at 11:45 a.m., while No. 5 Crimson Cliffs faces No. 1 Orem in the other semifinal on an adjacent court at the same time.
The winners of the two semifinal games will face each other for the 4A state championship at 7 p.m. Tuesday, while the losers of the semifinal contests will play for third and fourth place at 2:15 p.m.
