Srinagar, Oct 28: Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, today chaired a high-level meeting to review the progress of a landmark initiative aimed at digitizing and streamlining the process for framing, amending, and revising Recruitment Rules (RRs) across all government departments of Jammu and Kashmir.

The reform, conceived to enhance efficiency, transparency, and uniformity in the recruitment framework, is set to transform the way service rules are managed and approved. The meeting was attended by the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) PWD, Anil Kumar Singh, Commissioner Secretary ARI & Trainings, State Informatics Officer (NIC), and other senior officers.

During the review, the Chief Secretary directed that the digital portal underpinning this reform be made fully operational by 10th November
