GREENSBORO, N.C. — One year after the race of his life, Hurricane Helene, NASCAR legend Greg Biffle is at the ready again. This time, the checkered flag drops on category-five Hurricane Melissa, whose direct hit on Jamaica was imminent Thursday.

WFMY News 2's Meghann Mollerus talked with Biffle, as he prepared a plan for a rescue and relief response by air and by boat, all while keeping in mind the potential red tape of international regulations on civilian assistance.
