Game Day 11: Oilers vs The Mammoth of Utah

This in from Tony Brar of Edmonton Oilers TV, the line-up for tonight’s game against the Mammoth of Utah, with rookie Noah Philp back in the line-up but the forward lines otherwise staying the same as they were in the Vancouver game.

It’s one of the fiew times this year the Oilers coaches have not substantially shaken up the lines after a game.

My take

1. Knoblauch is going with a radical new approach: he’s put away the blender and is sticking with essentially the same forward lines as the team had against Vancouver, the one exception being the insertion of rookie Noah Philp on the fourth line.
