A dog has been rescued after slipping into a storm drain.

On Oct. 10, the Wall Township Police Department responded to a report that a pup called Sandy had stumbled out of her collar and into a storm sewer while on a walk in Wall Township, New Jersey.

“Last week, officers from Wall Township Police Department stepped up in a big way during an unexpected rescue mission,” the department wrote on Facebook .
