A mother and her baby have been stranded in the sweltering heat at Brisbane Airport after not one but three taxis allegedly rejected the pair.
The woman took to Reddit to say she arrived at the airport in the Queensland capital from Adelaide on Monday with her eight-month-old baby and friend in tow before making their way to the packed taxi rank.
She said disaster struck at the rank, where she claimed three taxi drivers refused to take the trio to their destination which was 10 minutes away.
“We thought grabbing a cab would be quick and simple, right? As we’d read, you can take an infant in them without a car seat,” the mum wrote in the post, titled 'Disgusting 13cabs and Awesome airport Security'.
“We walk up the taxi rank, to not only be refused by one but three," she continued.
