Three people have been arrested by San Francisco police in relation to the shooting death of a man by Fisherman's Wharf this summer, the department said Monday.

The case stems from a fatal shooting by Vandewater and Powell streets on July 3 that killed a man. Initially the victim was found alive and transported to the hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries on July 8.

Investigators identified several suspects in the case, one of which died last month. The other three have been arrested.

Oakland residents Jeremiah Neal, 19, and Elijah Silver, 20, were taken into custody on Friday after an SFPD tactical SWAT team served a search warrant at their residence in the 2500 block of Wallace Street in Oakland.
