SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Three arrests have been made in connection to a fatal shooting that occurred near San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf neighborhood last summer, according to the San Francisco Police Department. SFPD launched an investigation after someone was shot around 2:22 a.m. on July 3 in the vicinity of Vandewater and Powell streets.
In the initial incident, officers arrived at the scene and found the victim, an adult male, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and died five days later on July 8.
The SFPD Homicide Detail took the lead in the investigation and identified multiple suspects.
