CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A shooting that left two women injured Monday afternoon stemmed from a custody battle, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
Noah Brandon Collum Bays, 31, of Piqua, has been charged with two counts of felonious assault after he fired a gun at a woman just before 1 p.m. at Lytle and Ferry roads in Wayne Township, court records show.
Bays shot at a vehicle being driven by a woman he was in a custody battle with, hitting her in the thigh.
The second woman was not targeted but was hit in the arm by a shot fired by Bays.

Both women were taken to the hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Bays was taken to Warren County Jail, where he is being held on a $200,000 bond
The case is scheduled to return to court on
