LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Authorities are investigating after a "suspicious item" was found in southern Clark County Tuesday morning.

Details are limited, but the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed the item was located at a property near Revere and Main streets in Goodsprings, roughly 45 minutes south of Las Vegas.

According to Goodsprings residents who reached out to Channel 13, the investigation is taking place on the property of Steve Darnell, a popular social media content creator in the vehicle customization community.

Police did not share further details as to what the item, but Darnell posted on social media that he found "50 sticks of dynamite" in a shed.

"There’s enough TNT in here to blow the whole block up," he said on social media.
