Srinagar, Oct 28: The Jammu and Kashmir government informed the Legislative Assembly that concerted efforts are underway to address staff shortages and upgrade healthcare infrastructure in Tral and Inderwal constituencies, with recruitment drives and facility improvements planned to strengthen medical services.
In response to a starred question raised by MLA Rafiq Ahmad Naik regarding the shortage of doctors in Tral constituency, the government stated that out of the sanctioned strength of 42 doctors, 37 are in position while two posts remain vacant.
