Andre Agassi is set to unite with pickleball GOAT Anne Leigh Waters in a battle of sports and sexes.

Agassi was a sublime tennis player, claiming eight Grand Slam titles across a glittering career.

Waters has won nearly 150 titles in this sport, her and Agassi have played together in the past, with Agassi claiming victory at all three previous Pickleball Slams.

However, the Athletic reports that this time Agassi will instead face 18-year-old Waters in the fourth edition of the Pickleball Slam.

In the male vs female doubles match, Agassi is partnered with fellow American James Blake, a former world no.4.

The men will be up against the female duo of Waters and former tennis player Eugenie Bouc
