MILTON, Pa. — Inside Christ Wesleyan Church near Milton , groups of high school students from area school districts are having in-depth conversations with each other about mental health. The Youth Mental Health Club event, hosted by the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit, provides an opportunity for students, identified as peer leaders, to learn how to promote wellness and help break the stigma surrounding mental health challenges.
"Students are here to learn more to be peer leaders to the rest of their school districts to be able to facilitate building relationships and spending time together and empathizing with one another as different students that are here that maybe ones that would be involved with other types of clubs or sports teams," said Jestine Myers, Central Susquehanna I
