Detroit, MI - The Detroit Lions have named Brent Sandee of Hudsonville High School the week nine recipient of the 2025 Detroit Lions High School Football Coach of the Week Program, presented by Carhartt. Sandee's Eagles defeated Grandville 28-25 to complete a 9-0 regular season and win the Ottawa-Kent Conference Red Division for the 2 nd year in a row. Hudsonville is undefeated in conference play over the last 2 seasons (14-0) and is currently ranked number 4 in Division 1. On Friday, October 31st , Hudsonville hosts OK Conference Red Division rival Jenison in a Division 1 MHSAA district semifinal for the 32nd matchup all-time between these two programs.
