The Office of Cannabis Policy has issued a recall of a cannabis vape cartridge that could make the user sick.
Maine Cannabis Vape Cartridges Test Positive for Pesticides
According to the OCP's website , the recall is the result of an investigation into a consumer complaint after they experienced illness. Testing on the batch of vape cartridges revealed unsafe levels of the pesticide Chlorfenapyr.

Officials say inhaling cannabis containing those unsafe levels could lead to high fever, sweating, nausea, vomiting, and/or altered mental status.
Anyone experiencing symptoms or adverse reactions is advised to contact a healthcare provider immediatey, or call 911 in a medical emergency.
