Tensions are rising over plans to introduce driverless cars in Boston.

The City Council proposed an ordinance that would place heavy restrictions on autonomous car services in the city. This is centered around the company Waymo. It began doing test drives in the city back in May.

There are safety concerns, and concerns that these self-driving cars could take away jobs.
