This bizarre taco kit mix-up has forced a nationwide recall that could be dangerous for some people

Hot cocoa would not make a good taco filling.

But, unfortunately, packets of the mix made their way into taco kits instead of taco seasoning.

Teasdale Foods has recalled its Taco Dinner Kits because of that mix-up - milk in the cocoa mix is not listed as an ingredient, and is an allergen. People who are allergic to milk or have a sensitivity to milk could have an allergic reaction.

According to a Teasdale Foods announcement with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration , the taco kits were sold at Giant, Martin’s and Aldi stores in Pennsylvania as well as in Alabama, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts and Maryland.
