The Glendale Planning Commission approved conditional-use permits for two new fitness-related businesses in opposite areas of town on Oct. 23.
Reformed Pilates received its conditional-use permit and opened its newest location at 20028 N. 67th Ave., just south of Loop 101, in October.
It is in the Village at Arrowhead shopping center, two suites south of AJ’s Fine Foods.
“At any time there will be anywhere between five to 10 employees on site,” planner Joseline Castaneda said during the commission meeting.
Reformed Pilates will be open 6 a.m.-7:30 p.m. daily.
The lone response from the public to the permit application was in support of the pilates studio.
Planners also unanimously approved another conditional-use permit application that night, for for a fitness center for 2KnuckleSpo
