PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A man who died after being shot in northeast Portland on Monday evening was identified Tuesday.
The Portland Police Bureau says officers responded to a reported shooting near Northeast 125th Place and Northeast Sandy Boulevard just after 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
Responding officers found a man, later identified as 39-year-old Derrik M. Rice of Portland, with a gunshot wound at the scene.
Rice later died after he was taken to the hospital.
No arrests have been made in connection to the shooting.
