PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - One person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a crash in southeast Portland on Tuesday night.

Portland Police say officers responded to a crash between two cars near SE Stark St and SE 130th Ave at around 8:19 p.m.

One of the drivers was taken to the hospital with serious injuries that are believed to be life-threatening.

SE Stark has been closed between SE 130th and SE 135th as crews continue working at the scene.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
