Michigan football could be without two of its top linebackers against Purdue on Saturday, Nov. 1.
The Wolverines lost Cole Sullivan in the first half of their 31-20 victory over Michigan State . He left the field and went up the tunnel with trainers seemingly holding the left side of his upper body and did not return to play.
Coach Sherrone Moore didn't shed light on the injury when speaking earlier in the week, adding “we’ll get some more information as we go through the week.” But it did not feel like a promising outlook for his prospects against the Boilermakers .
Beyond that, there's also a chance U-M may be without a linebacker who starred against Michigan State. Jimmy Rolder, who had the best game of his career against the Spartans , is apparently banged up, too.
