INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WTWO-WAWV) -- Outstanding news from the Indiana Broadcasters Association. On Tuesday, WTWO's Chief Meteorologist Jesse Walker was the winner of the Best TV Weather Coverage and Best Weathercaster of the Year by the Indiana Broadcaster's Association.
