That was a tough loss on Sunday.
Before the Baltimore Ravens beat them up 30-16, the Chicago Bears hadn’t lost a game since Week 2 on September 14. Four straight wins spanning nearly a full calendar month, and vibes around our fanbase were high.
What made losing in Baltimore especially tough was the Ravens’ not having All-Pro quarterback Lamar Jackson, which felt like a gift for a Chicago franchise looking for its fifth win for the first time since 2018. But the Bears couldn’t capitalize, as their own injury issues forced them to play backups at every cornerback spot.
