WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A man was charged with stalking after police say he entered his ex-girlfriend’s home without permission and watched her sleep early Monday morning, according to an affidavit.

Miguel Trejo, 24, was arrested after the incident around 12:10 a.m. on Oct. 28, according to police reports.

The victim, Kristin Davis, told police she felt a presence in her room and opened her eyes to find Trejo standing there watching her. She screamed at him and told him to leave.

According to the affidavit, Trejo told her he had just gotten back into town and wanted to lay down with her and her baby. Davis continued yelling at him and told him she was going to call police. Trejo then left through the front door.
