A Frederick County Circuit Court judge expressed concerns about a city of Frederick ordinance on blighted properties at the heart of a dispute over a vacant building in downtown Frederick.
Judge Julia Martz-Fisher heard arguments in Frederick County Circuit Court on Tuesday from lawyers for the city and for Julia & James Properties LLC on whether the city should be allowed to put the former site of the Asiana restaurant on North Market Street into a receivership agreement to be renovated and sold.
