MAHOMET, Ill. (WCIA) -- Cathy Menacher and Stephenie Graham of the Mahomet Christian Church joined WCIA 3's Mitchell Rife to talk about an event that is reaching its 20th anniversary.

The Living Flag, a patriotic musical honoring veterans, will take place from Nov. 7-9. The organizers said singers from all around Mahomet will perform on a 10-foot-tall decorated flag. There will also be a free-will offering for the Chez Veterans Center.

The performance times are as follows: • Friday, Nov. 7 at 7 p.m. • Saturday, Nov. 8 at 2 p.m. • Sunday, Nov. 4 at 4 p.m.

The event is hosted by the Mahomet Christian Church, located at 908 N. Lake of the Woods Road in Mahomet.
