A total of 128 candidates have filed their nominations for the upcoming Jawaharlal Nehru University Students’ Union (JNUSU) elections, marking a vibrant contest for all four central panel posts.
According to the JNU Election Committee, 34 candidates have filed nominations for the post of President, 29 for Vice-President, 31 for General Secretary and 34 for Joint Secretary.
The withdrawal of nominations will take place on Wednesday, October 29, between 10 am and 1 pm. The final list of contesting candidates will be released the same day by 2 pm.
